Customers submitting custom logos or artwork confirm they own the rights or have permission to use those designs. Jpoke Pocket Shop is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

Pokémon and all related names, characters, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Jpoke Pocket Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

One important note: if you sell products with Pokémon artwork or logos that you create or print, you could run into trademark and copyright issues. It’s much safer to sell original designs or only print Pokémon artwork that customers provide for personal use, rather than listing Pokémon-themed products for sale.
